Origen eVal

The eVal application is used by the Valuer (VSP) to value properties either on an ad-hoc or group basis. The information used in this valuing process comes from two places, namely;

A generic interface configuration tool to ensure successful interfacing into Councils existing DVR module.

Comprehensive Property Searching Routines

Tagging and full auditing of Valuations to ensure all changes or modifications are recorded by whom, when and why.

Remote checkout (via wireless web) of valuations so VSPs can checkout a valuation remotely, undertake that valuation on a laptop and then remotely check it back into the central SQL database.

A DVR update process where Council can review DVR’s LV,IV, and CV against the ReVal values and reject the update to Councils DVR is deemed appropriate requesting further information.

Full Configuration tables allowing the VSP to setup the Application with their correct codes and sequencing of codes for General Data, Improvements, Land divisions, Titles and Comments.

Configurable subdivision process where codes can be easily transferred to the new valuations.

Bulk and individual valuation screens where the VSP has a vast array of valuing options including fix and multiplier options against existing values.

Configurable query tools to extract the desired valuations for revaluing

Transfer from S11 to S12/S13 with full auditing

Full reporting/exporting functionality
